As an Equity stage manager with a foundation in education, specializing in creating rehearsal and production spaces that function as learning environments. With a Master’s in Education and extensive experience in teaching, student affairs, and orientation leadership, she applies instructional design, clear communication, and equity-driven practices to theatrical production. Lisa is especially passionate about supporting new works and fostering collaborative processes rooted in mentorship and access.

Palisades Charter High School
In Spring 2025, Lisa was brought onto the Palisades Charter High School, Legally Blonde Production team as a mentor stage manager. She had the privilege of guiding students in stage management fundamentals, collaboration, and backstage leadership. For their run, Lisa continued to mentor stage management students and called the performance, bridging professional practice with arts education.
